Terms & Conditions

TMO (“TMO”, “we” “us”) website (our “site” or “website”) and related services are made available to you and TMO sells its products, in accordance with the following terms and conditions. Please read the Terms & Conditions carefully before placing any orders on www.shoptmo.ng. We recommend you keep a copy of the Terms & Conditions for future reference. We may modify these Terms & Conditions from time to time. If you do not agree to any change to these Terms & Conditions do not move forward with your purchase. Any changes made after you have placed an order will not apply to that order or any resulting contract, unless we are required to make the change by law, in which case such changed term will apply to the order or resulting contract to that extent.

TMO is bound by the law of all countries where our customers shall be placing an order, hence, you must be legally allowed to make a purchase of our items. Any legally allowed person(s) with access to the internet with valid and legal means of payment may purchase items on shoptmo.ng.

Items listed as available on the website reflect the actual availability of the item in color and sizes. Once the order is processed by the E-commerce and Logistic Department at TMO who reserve the right to re-confirm the availability of the merchandise, verify the transaction’s validity and check the Client’s record with shoptmo.ng. Clients will be informed if for any reason the item ordered is not available or if the order cannot be processed as per the Client’s request.
TMO shall be entitled to restrict multiple quantities of a product being shipped to any one customer or postal address. TMO may accordingly limit the quantity of a single product that may be ordered in an order and may reject multiple separate orders for the same product.

Payment can be made securely online via our reputable payment partner available in your country. By submitting an order to us through our website you confirm and guarantee that the payment details provided on your order are valid and correct. Payment for purchases, can be made by cards specified on our website or via our bank details as provided when ordering.
You agree that by submitting an order, this immediately authorizes TMO to charge your debit or credit card with the order payment on submission of your order and implies that you intend to pay TMO if your order is accepted.

All orders are generally dispatched within 3-5 working days after receipt of payment. The shipping fee is calculated based on your delivery address, which is provided by our partner courier company. In an event whereby the delivery fee is not calculated when checking out, we shall send an invoice for the delivery fee before the order can be processed. We ship to all countries and states with Airport and Sea ports. Duties & taxes are covered by TMO and you will not be required to pay additional fee before receiving your items.

If for any reason you should decide to reject or refuse delivery of your order, you will be liable to cover the costs of the return to our warehouse and, any duties/customs charges associated with this.

Items are considered “faulty” if they do not conform to our quality standards, which require that items correspond to their description and be of satisfactory quality. If you receive faulty purchased products, you have the right, within 48 hours, to ask for adjustment or replacement, according to our judgment. Please email info@shoptmo.ng with images of any of your purchases, which you consider have been delivered faulty.

Please note that if the customer decides to exchange the faulty item with a perfect one will bear all shipping costs. ONLY where the item is NOT available, shall you be subject to a full refund. However, excluding the costs of shipment, taxes, and commissions.

We accept returns on all full-price items (not sale items) within 14 days from when your order is dispatched. Please make a request through our Returns Center which can be found at the bottom of our website. All Items must be returned without stain and unused.

Once you have received our confirmation to return your order, you may send it back. Your order will need to arrive with us within 10 days of receipt. All purchased products being returned must be sent back (including those being exchanged) in full, in their original condition, unused, undamaged, unsoiled, unaltered, and complete with all original TMO packaging.

All boxes, dust bags and all other things included in your purchase should be included within your return which is deemed part of the product. We are not obliged to accept returns that do not meet the above conditions and we may refuse an exchange or refund in such case and send such products back to the customer or require the customer to arrange for their collection from us.

All returns are at the customer’s expense & the refund will be issued by retaining the costs of the initial shipment and duties where necessary.

We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colours of our product that appear on shoptmo.ng. However, as computer monitors vary, we cannot guarantee that your monitor’s display of any colour will be entirely accurate.
TMO abstains from every responsibility due to a particular configuration of a client’s computer or to malfunction in regards to colour definition.
